For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination and parcel weight. All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Processing times may extend during peak seasons, sales, or promotions.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.


Domestic Shipping

For orders within India:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (Optional): Delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch (available for an additional fee).

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


International Shipping

For orders outside India:

  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination and shipping method selected. Typically, international deliveries take 7-21 business days.

  • Shipping charges will vary based on the weight of your order and destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Studio Chaap is not liable for delays caused by customs or clearance processes.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.


Shipping Delays

Shipping Rates

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit:

  • For damaged items, please include photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and may incur additional charges.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • Customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
