Return Policy

 

We accept returns only for products received in a faulty, damaged, or incorrect condition. If you receive such a product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the faulty or damaged item to be picked up within 48 hours. Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer replacements and exchanges for products that are sent incorrectly, damaged, or faulty.

  • If you wish to exchange the size, color, or the product itself, we will handle the return pick-up and redelivery process. A return pick-up will be scheduled within 48 hours, and you can expect the new delivery within 7 to 10 days.

  • For correctly sent products, if you wish to exchange them, there will be an additional charge of ₹180 to cover the cost of pick-up and redelivery.

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Contact us to schedule a return pick-up within 48 hours.

Order Processing Time

  • We typically take 3 to 4 days to process an order.

  • Deliveries are usually completed within 7 days, with a maximum of 10 days.

  • For delays, we offer express shipping options for your convenience.


Damaged Items

If you notice any damage upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect the item immediately and contact us.

  • We will evaluate the issue and resolve it by sending a replacement product or issuing a full refund.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Eligible Items: Products received correctly and in the described condition are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exchange Fee: For correctly sent products, an exchange fee of ₹180 will be charged to cover pick-up and redelivery costs.

 

 

International Shipping

We provide international shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and distance and will be charged to the customer.

  • Return, replacement, and cancellation policies apply to international orders as well.
